Private Dining Reservation Requirements To reserve the party room exclusively for a single party the following requirements must be met. *Parties of 20 or more require a set menu Friday – Saturday Evenings Reservations on these nights will be made for two times only, not to exceed the specified times. 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (The party must vacate prior to 7:00 PM) 9:00 PM to Close In order to reserve this space there is a requirement that the total bill must exceed $1,500.00 prior to tax and gratuity (18%). If it is desired to reserve for an entire evening the charge will be a minimum of $3000.00 Sunday – Thursday Evenings Reservations on these nights will be available for the entire evening. Afternoon Luncheons The private room will be available any afternoon for a minimum charge of $600.00 prior to tax and gratuity (18%). Morning Breakfast Meetings The private room will be available any morning as long as the party will depart prior to 11:00 AM.
